Progressive, Forward Thinking

Although we have been in business for almost 60 years, Cline Machine is a progressive, forward thinking job shop. Under new ownership and management for the past 8 years, we have continued to offer the quality services Cline is known for and have enhanced this by offering more than just machining. This year, we will be adding new equipment and personnel to continue our growth and expand our services. We are ISO certified to improve our quality and better serve our customers.
  • About Cline Machine, INC.

Cline Machine, Incorporated was founded by Quentin Cline in 1957 at our original building in downtown Tulsa. His legacy was continued by his daughter, Virginia Travis, until her retirement in 2007. At that time it was purchased by another family owned machining group headed by Wm. Ray Turner who has been in the machining business for over 50 years. This purchase positioned Cline to expand the size of machining services already provided by his other company Sooner Manufacturing. Ray started his first machine shop, Turner Machine, in west Tulsa in 1973. Cline Machine was managed for this group by Mr. Turner's daughter, Robin Pfeiffer, and with her guidance, Cline has continued to provide superior services to our customers in the Tulsa area, as well as expanding to provide these same services nationwide. Mr. Turner retired in 2013 passing the company down to his daughter Robin to continue the heritage of Cline Machine.

Our Facility

We moved into our new facility of 24,000 sq. ft. at the corner of 168th and Pine in July 2012, and added a welding facility of 12,500 sq. ft. just down the street in March 2015. We have strategically placed all of our equipment to better serve our customers. Both facilities are laid out to maximize our workflow by placing like machines in "machine centers" to allow 1 or more operators to run several machines, and by keeping parts flowing in one direction through the shop to alleviate excessive handling. These changes have allowed us to become progressively more competitive in both lead times and pricing. We continually assess our equipment for current customer requirements, and purchase or sell equipment based on these needs.
