Cline Machine's new 24,000 sq. ft. facility allows us to strategically place all of our equipment to better serve our customers. Our state of the art machinery is laid out to maximize our workflow by placing like machines in "machine centers" to allow 1 or more operators to run several machines, and by keeping parts flowing in one direction through the shop to alleviate excessive handling.
Cline Machine has been offering quality machining for almost 60 years. As we continue with this tradition we strive to meet the changing demands of our customers by adding new equipment and services. In the past year alone, we have added several VTL machines as well as an ASME and BPVI certified welding division. Our new weld service offers a 12,500 sq. ft. facility, 3 brand new robotic welding machines, and a wide-range of capabilities including hard surface weld overlay.
Cline Machine is ISO certified with a full time quality inspector on site. We take pride in providing state of the art measuring equipment that is calibrated on a regular schedule to assure the accuracy of our parts. We have recently added brand new Starrett OD micrometers up to 36" and carbon fiber veneer calipers up to 100". Complete sets of ID micrometers up to 56" were also recently added.
Each part we machine is measured before, during and after with first articles performed upon request. Our inspector is available to answer any questions you may have concerning the quality of our work. We guarantee your satisfaction with our service.
